Our Team
Professor Lance Watsky, MA Archive Expert
Lance Watsky has over 30 years of experience in preserving and digitizing motion picture and sound recording collections, specializing in remastering endangered formats and providing grant development and consultation services. He holds the first Master’s in the Preservation and Restoration of Motion Pictures and Recorded Sound granted by California State University, Chico (1995). Lance has worked with museums, libraries, archives, and corporations, guiding them through restoration, digitization, storage, licensing, and research.
In academia, Lance mentors students through internships and teaching. He has worked with interns from various universities, helping them learn about archives, motion picture preservation, and restoration. He developed an internship program where students edited archival newsreels into short documentaries. Currently, Lance serves as an Adjunct Professor of Archival Research in the Humanities at Clark Atlanta University, where he guides Ph.D. students in research strategies and archival methodologies.
Lance also served as Program Coordinator for the M.A. Program in Moving Image Archive Studies at UCLA, where he advised graduate students, managed program records, and implemented strategies to enhance student success.

Andre Normil is a results-driven technology leader with over 20 years of experience in Media and Entertainment, specializing in production, post-production engineering, and operations. His proven track record includes delivering creative technology solutions, strategic integrations, and implementing complex project designs that drive business success.
With experience heading several high-impact projects for renowned organizations, Andre successfully managed budgets in the millions of dollars. His areas of expertise encompass broadcast system design, emerging technologies, cloud-based media systems, workflow optimization, storage infrastructure, budget management, project management, agile methodologies, and team leadership.
Andre is dedicated to enabling innovation and operational excellence by leveraging cutting-edge technologies and fostering collaborative partnerships. He is committed to providing customized solutions that optimize workflows, enhance efficiency, and ensure seamless execution for our clients.
Andre holds certifications in Designing and Building AI Products and Services from MIT xPro, ST 2110 IP Networking Professionals from SMPTE, AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate and Cloud Practitioner, Certified ScrumMaster from Georgia Tech, and Leadership Development from SBE.
